Highland Recycling and Shredding is a Materials Recovery Facility. We serve nine Illinois counties plus St. Louis and surrounding St. Louis municipalities.

Our primary business is providing recycling programs to commercial and industrial businesses thereby reducing their waste hauling costs and also generating new income for them. The second phase of the business is the collection and destruction of confidential materials. Our shredding programs provide secure destruction of materials for state and federal offices, banks, attorneys, CPA's, hospitals, industries and many more. Our final phase of business serves our local community. We buy scrap non-ferrous materials from local citizens. We also provide drop off containers for the recycling of paper and cardboard.

Highland Recycling and Shredding is a family owned and operated corporation, located at 329 Madison Street in Highland, IL. We started the business in 1996, and the company now has a staff of 13.
